Begin where you are.

You don't need to understand yoga before you arrive. Start with what you're looking for today.

Want to learn?
Want to move?
Need to slow down?

No yoga vocabulary needed. Tap one and we'll help you narrow things down.

You don't need to know anything before your first class.

We suggest beginning somewhere the teacher has time to guide you individually. You'll learn a manageable amount at your own pace rather than being expected to know what everyone else is doing.

Guided Personal PracticeA supported bridge between following a teacher and learning to practise more independently.
Ashtanga MysoreLearn progressively while the teacher works individually with people around the room.

Hot HathaSteady, structured movement in a heated room.
Hot VinyasaA more flowing practice linking movements together.

Some days, you don't need another workout.

These quieter sessions give you time to breathe, release accumulated tension and rest. Some use gentle movement, some use supported pressure or release work, and some use sound and stillness.

Breath & ResetSlow breathing and simple movement to help you settle.
Release & RestoreSupported positions and targeted pressure to explore areas of tension.
Sound BathRest comfortably while sound fills the room.
Wellness SeriesA gentle practice combining movement, breath and rest.

Move beyond simply following a class.

If you'd like to understand your practice more deeply, remember what you're doing, work at your own pace and receive individual guidance, this is where Metta's approach becomes different.

Ashtanga MysoreYou learn progressively and practise what you've learned while receiving individual teaching.
Guided Personal PracticeA bridge between a fully teacher-led class and practising more independently.

Not every body needs the same practice. Not every day needs the same thing.

Some days are for learning. Some are for moving. Some are simply for giving yourself somewhere to stop rushing.

Your first visit

Nothing to figure out when you arrive.

Starting somewhere new can already feel like a lot. The practical part should be easy.

Book or ask.

Choose the suggested session, or message us if you're still unsure.

Come a little earlier.

Give yourself a few minutes to arrive, put your things down and settle.

Tell us what matters.

“I'm stiff,” “I'm nervous,” “I need something gentle,” or “I've never done this before” is enough.

Practise without proving anything.

You can pause, rest, ask a question or take a smaller option.

Notice how you feel.

Then decide what you'd like to do next.

Still unsure?

You don't need to figure it out yourself.

Tell us what you're looking for in ordinary language. We'll suggest a sensible place to begin.
