For people who want to understand what they are doing, receive individual guidance and gradually become more confident practising at their own pace.
In these sessions, the goal is not simply to follow the teacher from beginning to end. You learn a manageable amount, repeat it, understand it better and receive guidance along the way. Over time, the practice becomes something you know — not something you can only do when someone calls out the next movement.
Learn progressively and practise what you have learned while the teacher works individually with people around the room.
Suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners. You are not expected to know the sequence before coming.
A bridge between a fully teacher-led class and practising more independently.
A good option if you like some structure but also want to learn rather than only follow.
You do not need previous yoga experience or a certain level of flexibility. Older adults can learn within the same practice environment, with guidance adjusted to their current ability and pace.
You may practise alongside younger students without needing to do what they are doing.
