Ways to practise · Rest & Restore

Not every day needs another workout.

Quieter practices for breathing, releasing accumulated tension, sound and rest — especially when you need space to slow down.

You don't need to be flexible.

You don't need to be good at resting either.
What this means

A quieter way to practise.

These sessions are less about achieving poses and more about noticing what is happening in your body. Depending on the session, you may move gently, work with your breath, use supported pressure to explore areas of tension, or simply rest while sound fills the room.

Practices in this direction

What you can choose.

01

Wellness Series

A gentle practice combining movement, breath and rest.

Designed to be accessible even if yoga is unfamiliar to you.

02

Breath & Reset

Slow breathing and simple movement with time to settle.

For days when you feel busy, tired or simply want a quieter practice.

03

Release & Restore

Supported positions and targeted pressure to explore areas where you may be holding tension.

A practice for awareness and release, not a medical treatment.

04

Sound Bath

Lie or sit comfortably while crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong and chimes create a changing field of sound.

Little is required other than getting comfortable and allowing yourself to rest.

This may suit you if

You recognise yourself here.

You feel physically tense or tired.
You want something gentler than a workout.
You are curious about breath, release or sound.
You need somewhere to pause for a while.
