Ways to practise · Move

Come to move. We'll guide the class.

Teacher-led group classes for movement, strength and mobility. You don't need to remember a sequence — arrive, listen and follow along.

Some days you simply want to move.

That is enough.
What this means

Guided from beginning to end.

These are Metta's more familiar group-class formats. The teacher leads the room through the session, with options where appropriate. Each practice has a different rhythm, but you do not need to understand yoga terminology before choosing.

Practices in this direction

What you can choose.

01

Hatha

A non-heated, foundations-focused class with steady teacher-led movement.

A good place to revisit familiar poses with more attention to weight distribution, breath and the foundations that make movement feel more considered.

02

Hot Hatha

A steady, structured practice in a heated room.

Choose this if you prefer a more measured pace while still wanting a physical practice.

03

Hot Vinyasa

A more flowing heated practice where movements are linked together with the breath.

Choose this if you enjoy continuity, rhythm and a little more momentum.

04

Trapeze

Use the yoga trapeze as part of a guided practice for strength, mobility and exploration.

No previous trapeze experience is needed.

This may suit you if

You recognise yourself here.

You want the teacher to lead the whole class.
You want to build strength and mobility.
You enjoy moving with a group.
You would rather follow than remember a sequence.
