Ways to practise · Learn & Develop

Learn your practice, not just the next sequence.

For people who want to understand what they are doing, receive individual guidance and gradually become more confident practising at their own pace.

You do not need to arrive knowing a sequence.

You learn progressively.
What this means

A different relationship with practice.

In these sessions, the goal is not simply to follow the teacher from beginning to end. You learn a manageable amount, repeat it, understand it better and receive guidance along the way. Over time, the practice becomes something you know — not something you can only do when someone calls out the next movement.

What you can choose.

01

Ashtanga Mysore

Learn progressively and practise what you have learned while the teacher works individually with people around the room.

Suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners. You are not expected to know the sequence before coming.

02

Guided Personal Practice

A bridge between a fully teacher-led class and practising more independently.

A good option if you like some structure but also want to learn rather than only follow.

This may suit you if

You recognise yourself here.

You want more individual guidance.
You are curious about practising at your own pace.
You want to remember and understand what you do.
You value steady progress over rushing into poses.
